Fabien Souche is an experienced operations director at Laboratoire Phytocontrol, with a career spanning over 15 years in production management within controlled environments across food, cosmetics, and chemicals. Previously, they held various roles, including production manager at Syngenta and production director at NovaPHARM Laboratoires, where they demonstrated expertise in managing automated production sites and improving processes. Fabien’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in biotechnology and bioindustries from ESIX Normandie and a DUT in biological engineering from IUT d'Avignon.
