Murphy Mei

Murphy Mei has extensive work experience in the field of quality control and laboratory operations. From 2015 to the present, Mei has worked as a Quality Control Manager at PhytogenX, Inc. Prior to that, Mei worked at Merck for eight years, taking on various roles beginning as a Research Scientist Assistant (Intern) from May 2007 to November 2007. From there, Mei worked as a Quality Lab technician (Virology) from November 2007 to April 2009, followed by a position as a Quality Lab technician (Microbiology) from April 2009 to June 2013. Mei then advanced to the role of Quality Control Manager (Microbiology and Sterility Assurance) from June 2013 to September 2015. Overall, Mei's work experience has focused on ensuring quality and sterility through laboratory testing and management.

Murphy Mei earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Stony Brook University from 2004 to 2007. Following that, Mei pursued a Master's degree in Microbiological Sciences and Immunology from Saint Joseph College, starting in 2011 and graduating in 2013.
