Tal Zeltzer

Tal Zeltzer is a highly experienced individual who has a background in biotechnology and food engineering. They have worked in various roles such as Co-founder and CTO at Phytolon, where they lead development of plant-based food-colorants technology. With a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering, their expertise includes gene regulation studies, genetic engineering, fermentation methods, and molecular biology. Tal has also taught courses at Technion International and University of Haifa, showcasing their excellence in teaching.
