John Sperry

John Sperry has extensive work experience in the field of education and community outreach. John began their career in 2003 as an Engineering Instructor at the Austin Independent School District, where they worked until 2017. In this role, they provided instruction and guidance to students in engineering-related subjects. In 2017, John joined pi-top as the Director of Community Outreach, a position they currently hold. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and support the pi-top community.

John Sperry earned their Masters degree in Chemistry Education from The University of Texas at Austin, from 2005 to 2007.
