Gluten Free Italian Delights is a line of gluten-free products born from the union of the best traditional Italian food with experience in the field of celiac disease Eurospital SpA.
Gluten Free Italian Delights offers a vast assortment and able to satisfy every need for variety in food, in a complete and articulated, including pasta, flours, breads, snacks, cookies and cakes, inspired precisely to the Mediterranean diet, but in a gluten free version .
In addition to ensure the absence of gluten, the quality of the products is based on a careful selection of the best ingredients, selected and tested under the supervision of dietitians, with the objective of meeting as much as possible to the Mediterranean diet. 
For this reason, the company's attention is directed to balanced use of ingredients from the nutritional point of view as flour, wholemeal flours of different varieties of cereal and, where possible, the use of extra virgin olive oil and flour legumes.
Our  products are approved by the Ministry of Health and bear the mark "Spiga Sbarrata"of the Italian Celiac Association.
