Andy Halstead is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the property and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Barbon CEO and PIB EXCO Member since December 2020, Andy also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Barbon Insurance Group since November 2019. As the founder of Grosvenor Street Investments, Andy has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior experience includes founding and leading Let Alliance Limited, where innovative solutions in tenant referencing and landlord insurance were developed. Andy previously owned Jordan and Halstead, serving the Chester and Wrexham regions, and Rent on Time Ltd, which guaranteed rental income for landlords. Additional roles include Director of Business Development at Lomond Capital LLP and Sales & Marketing Director at Towergate & Paymentshield. Andy's earlier tenure involved significant leadership as CEO of Barbon Insurance Group and HomeLet. Educational credentials include an Advanced Management Programme at Templeton College, University of Oxford.
