Ben Redhead is currently a Group Conduct Officer at PIB Group, specializing in the interpretation of complex regulations and providing expertise on regulatory developments with a focus on vulnerable customers. With over 20 years of experience in the UK’s largest insurer, Ben has held various roles, including Regulatory Change Manager and Risk and Conduct Manager at Direct Line Group, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ben's diverse skill set includes people management, risk analysis, project planning, and change management. Additionally, Ben is pursuing further education at the University of Dundee.
