John d'Offay

John d'Offay has extensive experience in financial leadership across various reputable companies. From July 2016 to May 2022, John served as EMEA Controller for Marsh & McLennan Companies, overseeing multiple entities across the region and holding board positions. Previously, John worked at Oliver Wyman from August 2005 to December 2011, providing financial oversight for various divisions. Currently, John is the Group Chief Accounting Officer at PIB Group, responsible for tax, treasury, and financial accounting. Additionally, John held the position of Global FP&A Head at Mercer from September 2002 to August 2005, focusing on global consolidation and performance management. John holds a BSc in Geology and Chemistry from Oxford Brookes University and is associated with ICAEW.
