It’s one thing to talk innovation – it’s another to back it up. At PICA Product Development / PPD (formerly known as Nel-Tech Labs) we’ve backed it up for 32 years by designing & manufacturing the most advanced in-store messaging, music-on-hold, loss prevention and smart scenting systems available. Our products are sold and distributed through our global network of approved and qualified dealers. Our solutions are utilized by world-renowned brands in corporate, entertainment, food, hospitality, real estate, retail, transportation, travel, venue, waste management and wellness industries.
