Jade Joder

Jade Joder is a professional in human resources and social dialogue, currently serving as a Juriste en dialogue social at Picard Surgelés since October 2024, where responsibilities include organizing employee representation bodies, participating in negotiations, and developing negotiation strategies. Prior to this role, Jade worked at Orano as a Chargée de projets RH - Relations sociales from September 2023 to October 2024, engaging in social relations activities, managing negotiations, and tracking HR performance indicators. Jade's academic background includes a Licence de droit in private law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master 1 in social policies with distinction from the same institution, and ongoing studies at the University of Oxford in Leadership In Global Change, along with a Master 2 in Anticipation et Gestion de l’Emploi et des Compétences, also with distinction from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Additionally, Jade holds an International Baccalaureate diploma from La Paz Community School in Costa Rica.
