Piccadilly Beck is an international consultancy bringing business psychology to organisations and their people. Piccadilly Beck emerged from three consulting careers spanning sectors, industries and geographies and a profound belief in the power of psychology.

At Piccadilly Beck we focus on Leadership Versatility, enabling leaders to
take new, more expansive perspectives on themselves, their world, and the people in it.

We consider that our work is about enabling real people to create real change.

If you cannot transform yourself, you cannot transform the world and the people around you.

We help our clients find new ways of moving forward using a rich framework of integrated psychological and experiential knowledge that honours the complexity of being human and embodies the demands of leadership. We work with our clients in these three dimensions:

1. Individual Leadership versatility
•	Assessment & Development - Bringing depth, objectivity and precision across all your assessment and development activities.
•	Collective Learning Events - Enabling individual change, collectively.
•	Coaching - Challenging thinking and provoking fresh, more expansive perspectives.
 2. Team versatility - Let the power of your combined effort speed you to your destination.
Creating trust, focus, alignment and good honest dialogue we provide the framework and skills for your teams to interact with elegance and integrity, keeping your collective aim true.
