Joanne Chang

Joanne Chang began their career in 2004 as an HR Specialist for Philips. In 2007, they moved to Prudential Financial of Taiwan, where they continued to work as an HR Specialist. In 2009, they joined Cardinal Blue Software as the Head of Design, where their main responsibility was to create new concept designs and supervise the Marketing and Visual Design teams. Joanne also had the role of Community Management and Operations.

Joanne Chang has a varied educational history. Joanne obtained their Master's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Hertfordshire between 2014 and 2017. From 2002 to 2004, they completed their MBA in Human Resources at the National Sun Yat-Sen University. In 2003, they also completed an exchange program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at emlyon business school. Finally, they obtained their BA in Foreign Language & Literature with a minor in Economics from the National Tsing Hua University between 1999 and 2002.
