Phoebe Kuo

Phoebe Kuo has two years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a People Operations Assistant at PicCollage, where they enhanced the applicant tracking system (Lever) and streamlined the entire interview process. Phoebe also welcomed candidates on-site, provided office tours, and served as a contact for HR-related enquiries. From 2019 to 2021, Kuo worked as a Human Resources Intern at Dimerco Express Group. During this time, they analysed monthly turnover rate reports, conducted yearly performance evaluations, recruited international candidates, evaluated AI recruitment platforms, and researched market compensation surveys.

Phoebe Kuo has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Feng Chia University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2019. Phoebe also participated in the IBS Enschede Exchange Program at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Human Resources Development at National Taiwan Normal University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
