柏宏 賴

柏宏 賴 has over 10 years of experience in software development. In 2012, they began working as a Software Engineer for Universal Scientific Industrial Co. where they developed BLE and IoT Android Applications and SDKs with JAVA and Eclipse/Android Studio, and BLE iOS Applications and SDKs with Objective-C and Xcode. 柏宏 then moved on to Fusion Next Inc. in 2015 where they were the Manager of Software Development. During their time there, they opened up the iOS team, imported Git, Bug Tracking and other development processes to enhance the efficiency, accelerated project schedules, and built up the company's Unit Test development culture. 柏宏 also developed with MVVM architecture, proposed a "puzzle-architecture" approach to development, and added code review mechanisms to improve coworker's skills. In 2018, they joined iCHEF Co., Ltd. as a Senior iOS App Developer, where they adjusted Login Setting File parse process, reduced CoreData R/W times, and optimized Member Point architecture. Currently, they are a Senior iOS Developer for PicCollage 剪貼簿.

柏宏 賴 obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tamkang University between 2008 and 2012. 柏宏 then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, which they completed in 2014. In 2018, they earned the Codility Golden Award for the Nickel 2018 Challenge from Codility.
