Ting-Kai C.

Ting-Kai C. is an experienced web developer and research specialist. In 2021, they began working as a Frontend Web Developer for PicCollage. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer, designing and developing web applications and collaborating with artists and researchers. Ting-Kai designed and engineered visually intuitive layouts with agile prototyping tools while working as a Software Research Development Specialist at UC Berkeley in 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant at the MIT Media Lab's City Science Group, developing the control and simulation system for an autonomous e-tricycle and assisting in discovering new HCI and system interaction methods in future mobility and urban information systems. In 2017, they co-founded Painting with Data, a collaborative web-based spatial data modeling platform, and received $20K funding from the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program.

Ting-Kai C. began their education in 2008 when they attended Taipei Municipal Da-An Vocational High School. In 2010, they obtained the certification of \u4e19\u7d1a\u5de5\u696d\u914d\u7dda\u6280\u8853\u58eb from the \u52de\u52d5\u90e8\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u767c\u5c55\u7f72\u6280\u80fd\u6aa2\u5b9a\u4e2d\u5fc3. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences. From 2018 to 2019, Ting-Kai C. attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Visiting Student in the Media Lab. Ting-Kai obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Transportation Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2019.
