Ting-Kai C. is an experienced web developer and research specialist. In 2021, they began working as a Frontend Web Developer for PicCollage. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer, designing and developing web applications and collaborating with artists and researchers. Ting-Kai designed and engineered visually intuitive layouts with agile prototyping tools while working as a Software Research Development Specialist at UC Berkeley in 2019. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences. From 2018 to 2019, Ting-Kai C. attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Visiting Student in the Media Lab. Ting-Kai obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Transportation Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2019.
