Anna-Vija McClain

Anna-Vija McClain has a diverse work experience beginning in 2007. Anna-Vija started as an Assistant Club Manager at Old Hickory Country Club in June 2007 and held this position until October 2009. Following this, they became an Assistant Club Manager at Nashville City Club from October 2009 to June 2013.

In 2014, Anna-Vija McClain began their entrepreneurial journey. Anna-Vija founded and became the CEO of Piccolo, a company that specializes in providing marketing services and strategies to businesses. Anna-Vija offers various services such as marketing launchpads, company branding, lead generation, website design and management, SEO development, email marketing, social media management, and content development.

Also in 2014, Anna-Vija McClain established herself as a Business Coach, Speaker, and Marketing Strategist. As part of their mission, they help small business owners scale their businesses through both tactical systems and motivation. Anna-Vija shares their own experiences with mental health challenges to inspire others and teaches business owners best practices to create scalable businesses. Anna-Vija aims to inspire others to realize their potential and capability for happiness.

Anna-Vija McClain began their education in 2003 at Volunteer State Community College, where they pursued an Honors Associate of Science degree. Their field of study included Communication and Organizational Leadership, and they completed their studies at the college in 2006.

In 2012, Anna-Vija McClain attended Dale Carnegie - Nashville for Leadership Training for Managers, focusing on enhancing their managerial skills.

From 2013 to 2015, they enrolled at The Boyens Group to further their knowledge in Sales and Marketing. This provided their with valuable expertise in these areas.

In 2018, Anna-Vija McClain studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Catalyst in association with the Entrepreneur Organization. Anna-Vija completed their studies in this field in 2020.
