Steven Smith

Steven Smith has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Steven most recently served as the Vice President of Finance at Picerne Real Estate Group starting in February 2019. Prior to this, they worked at CNL Financial Group from 2013 to 2019, where they held the positions of Director, Investments and Manager - Acquisitions.

Before joining CNL Financial Group, Smith worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Portfolio Community Association Manager from 2012 to 2013. In this role, they managed a diverse portfolio of over 2200 units and was responsible for project management, budgeting, and financial management.

From 2005 to 2010, Smith served at Don Asher & Associates, first as a Condominium Conversion Manager and then as a Community Association Manager. During their time at Don Asher & Associates, they successfully managed the conversion of Lake Pointe Apartments into Lakewood Park Condominiums and later served as an onsite manager for The Fountains at Metrowest.

Smith began their career at Davis Property Management as an Assistant Manager from 2003 to 2005.

Steven Smith received their Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2011. Steven then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their degrees, Steven also holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) certification, which was obtained in February 2007 from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
