Jon Parry

Jon has over 20 years industry experience. Initially from a Building Surveying background he has specialised in Project Management for the majority of his career. He has previously been account manager for several key clients and successfully managed and delivered a number of regional and national frameworks.

He is responsible for leading and directing the talented and motivated multi-discipline team operating from our Manchester office, where he is responsible for opportunities and operation throughout our Northern region.

Jon’s recent experience has been in the public and private healthcare sector but he has also worked in a number of other sectors including affordable housing, student accommodation, retail, commercial as well as arts and leisure. He also has a wealth of experience delivering and directing complex single and multi-site projects under traditional, design and build and partnering contracts including JCT, NEC 2, NEC 3, PFI and PPC 2000.
