Liam Evans

Liam Evans is an experienced cost management professional currently serving as a Senior Cost Manager at Pick Everard since March 2024. Previously, Liam worked as a Cost Manager at COLE MANAGEMENT LIMITED from March 2021 to March 2024 and gained valuable experience as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at AECOM from July 2014 to September 2020, where Liam also held the role of Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Early career experience includes working as Bar Staff at Peterborough Greyhound Stadium from June 2011 to June 2014. Liam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2019, along with prior education at Peterborough Regional College and Stanground College.
