Steve Wald

Steve Wald is an experienced consultant and executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Principal at Pick-Two Consultancy since April 2025, specializing in managing tradeoffs in CMC for pharmaceutical projects. Previously, Wald held the position of Senior Vice President of Chemistry & Pharmaceutical Sciences at Inspirna, Inc., overseeing oncology drug development from 2016 to 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Manufacturing at Epizyme, Inc., Vice President of Technical Operations at Clinical Data, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Commercial Technical Operations at Sepracor Inc., where managerial responsibilities included overseeing supply chain operations and commercial validation. Wald began a career in pharmaceuticals at Abbott Laboratories and holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively.
