Mohammad Waheeduzzaman has extensive work experience in various customer service and management roles. Mohammad began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Digicon Technologies Ltd in 2013 and later worked as a Customer Support Executive at Bikroy.com from 2014 to 2016. Mohammad then served as an Assistant Manager, CRM at Multibrand Workshop before joining Pickaboo.com in 2016. At Pickaboo.com, Waheeduzzaman held several positions, including Social Media Manager, Customer Service Manager, Assistant Manager of Product and Project Development, Deputy Manager of Customer Experience, and Head of Customer Experience. In 2019, they joined Gadget & Gear as a Customer Experience Manager and returned to Pickaboo.com in 2020, where they are currently working as the Head of Operations.

Mohammad Waheeduzzaman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Jahangirnagar University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Mohammad then pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics from the same institution between 2012 and 2013. Later, they enrolled in the University of Dhaka, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing, from 2015 to 2017.
