Robert Mahowald

Robert Mahowald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, consulting, and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Startup Advisor and Board Member at Pickaxe since October 2022, Robert also holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Consulting at Times+Roman, where responsibilities include advising enterprise and defense-industry firms like Samsung and Raytheon on strategic technology alliances. Prior experience includes leading applications research and partnerships at G2, a senior executive role focused on customer strategy at IDC, and serving in various capacities in the U.S. Army over a 28-year military career. Robert began their career in business strategy analysis at PwC and served as a Systems Acquisition Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, contributing to innovative military projects. Educational qualifications include an MA in English from Wesleyan University and a BA in English and Journalism from the University of Iowa.
