Raúl Juárez

Raúl Juárez is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software development and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at PickFu since August 2020, Raúl has successfully led engineers in rebuilding the product and implementing over 20 new features. Previously, as a Senior Cloud Architect at Crossover For Work, Raúl developed resilient architectures for more than 30 products on AWS and notably reduced operational costs by transitioning FogBugz to a serverless architecture. During tenure at the Attorney’s General Office of the State of Guanajuato, Raúl managed software development teams, spearheading the transition from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, thereby increasing project delivery success rates. In earlier roles, significant contributions included leading teams in the development of numerous web and mobile applications. Raúl holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de León.
