Hugo Nilsson began their work experience as a Padeltränare at Visby tennis klubb in August 2020, where they stayed until January 2021. In March 2020, they joined Handelsbanken as a Banktjänsteman and worked there until March 2021. From March 2021 until July 2022, Hugo worked as a Representant för försäljningsutveckling at Pickit.
