Mike Fair

Mike Fair is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the robotics and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management at Pickle Robot Company, Mike leads a team focused on warehouse trailer unloading solutions. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Boston Dynamics, where Mike established a customer-centric product management organization, and Lead Product Manager at Universal Robots, responsible for the product vision and strategy of collaborative industrial robot arms. Additional experience spans various roles at Rethink Robotics, iRobot, Raytheon, and Teradyne, with a strong foundation in logistics support, mechanical engineering, and product lifecycle management. Mike holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, complemented by a certificate in Strategic Change Management from Kellogg Executive Education.
