Pickleball Superstars was founded in 2024 in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, by Rachel Rizzo and Jordan Pintar to create inclusive opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). What started as a casual pilot program has grown into a welcoming community where joy leads, confidence grows, and everyone belongs.

Our mission is simple: to make pickleball accessible to all. We do this through adaptive programming that meets players where they are, celebrates individual strengths, and fosters growth on and off the court. Each session is designed to balance skill development with fitness and fun, creating an environment where players feel supported, successful, and connected.

In addition to our classes, we are actively exploring ways to expand access through creative tools and resources. We are committed to finding solutions that reduce barriers and open the game to more players.

Looking ahead, Pickleball Superstars is focused on expanding programming, strengthening community partnerships, and continuing to develop new pathways for accessibility. Our vision is to create a model that inspires other pickleball and recreational communities to embrace adaptive play and ensure that everyone has the chance to step on the court.
