Ryan Wach is a product development executive and mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, new product introduction, and cross-functional execution. They currently serve as the Head of Engineering at PICKLETILE™ and are the Founder and President of Novität LLC, where they manage the entire product life cycle for patented consumer products. Previously, Ryan held key roles at prominent companies such as Walt Disney Imagineering and Miso Robotics, where they led engineering teams and developed groundbreaking technologies. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
