Samuel Rousseau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they worked as an Internal Consultant at Thales. The following year, they served as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer Assistant at Itron, where they implemented Lean thinking and managed projects related to energy and water resources. In 2014, Rousseau worked as a Junior Consultant at TRAKER Performance Makers, contributing to customer missions focused on supply chain and purchasing optimization. Samuel then joined EY as an "Operations Excellence and Strategy" Consultant, providing expertise in operational improvement and strategy development until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Rousseau served as the COO of Cleanio, a laundry service company that aimed to make daily life easier for customers. Samuel then moved on to become the Head of Operations at hellocasa, where they oversaw operations, procurement, planning, customer care, and project management. Rousseau later became the COO and Co-founder of Pickme, an innovative delivery service that aimed to reduce carbon emissions and enhance customer experience. Samuel Rousseau completed their education at various institutions. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Lycée Vieljeux where they pursued preparatory classes for engineering school with a focus on Sciences. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, Samuel attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they obtained a degree as an "Arts et Métiers" engineer. During their time there, they specialized in Lean manufacturing, industrial management, and global supply chain. In 2013 and 2014, they also attended IAE Paris, although the specific degree they pursued remains unknown.
In addition to their formal education, Samuel Rousseau has obtained several certifications. In April 2016, they received a certification in "Devenez data-scientist" with a focus on Python, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, and Folium from Le Wagon. More recently, in April 2020, they obtained a professional certificate in Python Data Science, specializing in data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning from edX.
