Kajal Malik

Kajal Malik is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with significant experience in various sectors. As Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at PickMyWork since October 2019, Kajal has played a pivotal role in leveraging a gig-worker network to enhance operational scalability for companies across India, delivering projects at reduced costs. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Reculta, Kajal has gained recognition as one of the Top 25 Women Entrepreneurs in the WEQ contest by AnitaB.org. Previously, as Sales Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Kajal was nominated for the CSO Club for outstanding contributions, achieved a revenue target of INR 2.6 billion from referral sales, and initiated impactful programs such as Social Rewards. Earlier roles include a software engineering position at Samsung Electronics and a summer internship at Reliance, contributing to strategic projects. Kajal holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra.
