Tim Bliss

Tim Bliss is a Partner at Partners Fund Capital, where they have been involved since 2022. They have served on the Board of Directors at AppFolio, Inc. since 2008, and at PickTrace since 2018. Tim was a Partner at the Investment Group of Santa Barbara from 1982 until 2022, managing investment portfolios and serving as a board member for various companies. They also lectured at Stanford Business School for over 35 years as part of the Investment Management program. Tim holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Government from Harvard College.
