Solène Rossignol

Sérgio Oliveira is a seasoned marketing specialist consultant with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently employed since August 2019, Sérgio provides strategic marketing expertise. Prior to this role, Sérgio spent over a decade at Vodafone from 2006 to 2019, where responsibilities included application testing focused on billing and charging control, as well as mobile testing to ensure compliance with local standards. Sérgio also contributed to information management by building an intranet for a tech support call center and provided second-line support and customer service for Netc ISP in various roles, including support call center agent. Sérgio holds a degree from Universidade Lusiada do Porto, earned between 1989 and 1994.
