Darwin A. Morfe is a seasoned professional in Culinary and Hotel Restaurant Management, currently serving as the Regional Business Unit Head for PICKUP Coffee, leading operations across over 100 stores in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. With extensive experience, including roles such as Director of Operations at The Abaca Group and FOODEE Global Concepts, and Food and Beverage Manager at various resorts, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in menu engineering, financial control, and staff training. Morfe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Wesleyan University of the Philippines, where they laid the foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
