Susan Merrill

Susan Merrill is the current Chief Financial Officer at PICKUP. Susan has previous experience working as a CFO for various companies from January 2016 to December 2019. These companies include a private, for-profit senior care referral service, a not-for-profit serving North Texas through public television, radio and multimedia resources, and a US-based, privately held commercial real estate investment and management company with a proven 20-year track record across several market cycles with specific emphasis on retail. Prior to their work as a CFO, Merrill was the Corporate Controller at AmeriCold Logistics from January 2006 to December 2008 and the Controller at KHOU-TV from January 1997 to December 2006. Susan began their career in 1992 as an Account Executive at FOX5 WAGA and held that position until 1997.

Susan Merrill has a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Susan is also certified by the State Bar of Texas as an Attorney and Counselor, and by the State of Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant.
