Ger Norton is currently the Vice President Shared Technology at Pico since November 2016, where Ger provides high-level support on various applications critical to business operations. Prior to this, Ger worked as the Manager Application Support at Salesforce.com. Before that, Ger worked as a Salesforce Administrator at HPCDS/Vodafone/Pfizer providing desktop service and application support. Additionally, Ger has experience in technical support and training at Jantek Ltd, technical support at Jantek, technician roles at HP CDS and Xilinx. Ger has a strong background in installing, administering, and troubleshooting software and hardware related issues.
