Luke Ryan

Luke Ryan has extensive work experience in product management, strategy, and support roles within the financial industry. Luke is currently serving as the Director of Product Management - Data at Pico since September 2022. Previously, Luke worked at Morningstar where they held multiple positions including Director of Product Strategy - Market Data, Senior Product Manager, Senior Technical Product Manager - Market Data, Head of Global Support and Exchange Compliance, Head of Global Support and QA Testing, and Head of Global Support. During their tenure at Morningstar, Luke was responsible for restructuring the Market Data product organization, developing a 5-year product roadmap, identifying partners and customers for future initiatives, delivering on growth targets, and managing a global technical support team. Luke's career began as an Assurance Provider Support Executive at 1st exchange in December 2001.

Luke Ryan attended NESCOT from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Cheam High School from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Luke has obtained various certifications, including PMC Level VIII, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, Pragmatic Certified Product Master, PMC Level VII, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute. Luke has also acquired certifications in topics such as Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, and Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment from LinkedIn.
