Zane Mountcastle

Zane Mountcastle is the Co-Founder & CEO at Picogrid, a unified platform for autonomous systems. Zane is also a Fellow at On Deck. Previously, Zane co-founded Mission Mule, a defense services company, where Zane designed and built experimental field sensor systems. Zane also worked as a Software Engineer (Autonomous Systems) at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), where Zane designed and deployed autonomous systems for military applications. Prior to that, Zane was the Lead Software Engineer at The Gazelle, where Zane led software engineering for a news publishing platform. Zane holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from New York University Abu Dhabi.
