Burcu Erol

Burcu Erol's work experience begins in 2016 as a Media Products & Communication Trainee at Red Bull. Burcu then moved on to Insider in 2017, where they held the roles of Global Marketing and Event Specialist and later became a Shareholder and member of the CEO's team. In 2019, Burcu joined InGame Group as a Process Executive and eventually became a Process Manager. Their most recent position is at Picus Security, where they are currently the Process Management Lead in the CEO Office.

Burcu Erol holds a Bachelor's degree in Western Languages and Literatures from Boğaziçi University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Burcu then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Communications at Istanbul Bilgi University between 2017 and 2019. In 2014 and 2015, Burcu attended UC San Diego, focusing on Literature and Communication, although they did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in September 2017 and a Corporate Communication Certificate from Kurumsal İletişimciler Derneği in October 2016.
