PIDC
Peter Silow has extensive work experience in various roles related to financing and redevelopment. Peter most recently worked at PIDC as the Vice President of Conduit Financing, where they managed strategic relationships and oversaw the full project cycle of the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). Prior to that, they held positions at Milligan & Company, LLC as a Compliance Analyst, ensuring compliance with grant agreements for redevelopment projects, and at the Philadelphia Housing Authority as a Contracts Manager and Research Specialist. Peter also gained experience through internships at New Kensington CDC and working at Alta's Rustler Lodge.
Peter Silow completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Boston University from 2004 to 2008. Peter then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Urban Planning degree specializing in Housing and Economic Development from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service between 2012 and 2014.
