Scott Dever

Scott Dever is a PMP with extensive experience in the utilities sector. Currently serving as the General Manager for Navy Yard Electric Utility, Scott has previously held managerial roles at Philadelphia Gas Works, including Manager of Public Sector Initiatives and Director of Fleet and Materials Management. Scott's career also includes positions as a Major Account Executive at PGW and a Senior Business Program Manager at PECO. Scott earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Peirce College.
