Carlos Tejeda

Carlos Tejeda is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Pideaky since January 2021, Tejeda has been instrumental in providing innovative inventory-based financing and payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in Latin America, impacting over 6,200 corner store owners within the underserved market. Prior to Pideaky, Tejeda founded ORCA Wireless, where a wireless internet network was established to serve 250,000 neighboring corner shops from February 2013 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, Tejeda founded R&C Telecomunicaciones, a payphone manufacturing company that sold 100,000 units across Latin America. Tejeda holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has participated in the prestigious Y Combinator program.
