Saakaar Dhama is an Ops and Growth Leader with over 14 years of experience in quick commerce, retail, and e-commerce, currently serving as the Business Head for E-Commerce and B2B Marketplace at Pidilite Ventures. They have successfully launched and scaled India’s largest B2B interiors platform, achieving an ARR of ₹18 Cr in under two years. Previously, at Flipkart, Saakaar designed a last-mile delivery model that enabled over 16 lakh daily deliveries while significantly reducing costs. Their career also includes roles at Reliance Retail, Bata India, and Indiaplaza.in, where they drove operational efficiencies and business expansions. Saakaar is pursuing an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and has a background in Retail Sales, Management, and Operations from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai.
