Aditi Gupta is currently a Human Resources Executive for the North & East Region at Pidilite Industries Limited, a role they began in 2024. They have previously held positions as a Human Resources Executive at Genpact and as a freelancer specializing in HR, while also completing internships at Khanna Paper Mills and Vipraja Solution. Aditi began their career with a marketing internship at Big Bazaar in 2018 and trained as a Talent Acquisition Trainee at PRIMUS Global Services in 2021. They earned a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad, completing their degree in 2020.
