Arvind Jawale

Arvind Jawale has extensive experience in training and sales management, currently serving as the Team Head of Learning & Development at Pidilite Industries Ltd. since April 2008, where responsibilities include training need identification, training calendar creation, and assessment of training effectiveness. Prior to this role, Arvind held positions as a Sales Trainer at NIS Sparta Ltd. and as a Zonal Sales Manager at Anchor Health & Beauty Products. Earlier in the career, Arvind worked as a Unit Manager at Procter & Gamble and held sales officer roles at Godrej and Godrej Soap Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy and Economics from the University of Mumbai, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education.
