Ashish Katariya

Ashish Katariya is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Manager HRBP Mfg and SCM at Pidilite Industries Limited since November 2022, overseeing HR business partnership for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management across India. Previously, Ashish held the position of Site Head & Director at Resonance Specialties Ltd., leading the Tarapur Unit in the manufacturing of specialty chemicals. Prior experience includes working as Assistant Manager Prod at Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, where efforts were focused on expanding hydrocarbon facilities and achieving quality milestones. Earlier roles include project internships and traineeships at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and UPL Limited, where Ashish gained valuable engineering and research experience.
