Atul Patil

Atul Patil is currently the Head of Operations at Pidilite Industries Limited, where they lead a team and manage operations at the plant level. With over eight years of experience in plant leadership roles, Atul has effectively overseen a team of more than 580 members, focusing on operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement. Previously, they served as a Deputy Manager at Raychem RPG Ltd. and held positions at Arihant Industrial Corporation Limited and Classic Stripes Private Limited. Atul holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Welingkar Institute of Management, along with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
