Dr.Tripti Jain

Dr. Tripti Jain is the Group Head of Research and Development at Pidilite Industries Limited, where they focus on formulating dry mix mortar, grey and white cement products, wall putty, and tile adhesives. They previously held leadership roles in various companies, including Head of Cement Based Products at Shree Cement Ltd. and R&D Head for New Product Development at J.K. Cement Limited. Dr. Jain's extensive research background includes work with fly ash bricks and paints at the CSIR Institute of Industrial Research and a foundation in analytical chemistry from Maharshi Dayanand University, where they completed their Ph.D. in Chemistry.
