Ramachandra Pandian is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Maintenance at Pidilite Industries Limited since June 2019, Ramachandra has previously held leadership roles such as Head of Engineering at Deccan Fine Chemicals and Syngenta India Limited, and Director and Head of Engineering at Dr. Reddy's, overseeing six API plants. Ramachandra's expertise encompasses reliability of plant operations, cost efficiency, proactive maintenance, and the implementation of engineering standards and KPIs.
