Samadhan Deore is a Group Head with over 13 years of rich experience in polymer synthesis, particularly in polyurethane. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Cipy Polyurethanes Pvt. Ltd. since 2020, Samadhan also held positions as a Lead Scientist at Pidilite Industries Limited and as a Project Lead at Sheenlac Paints Limited.
