Siddhartha Karidi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as National Sales Manager at Pidilite Industries Limited since May 2018. With a strong track record in overseeing the Dr. Fixit product range, Siddhartha has successfully managed significant annual turnovers and a large workforce. Previous roles within Pidilite include National Sales Operations Manager, Zonal Manager, and Senior Category Manager, as well as Branch Manager, where Siddhartha achieved an outstanding performance rating. Prior to Pidilite, Siddhartha held positions at Idea Cellular Ltd as Assistant Manager and Invisor Global Inc. as Product Manager, with initial experience gained through an internship at Avalon Consulting.
