Sitar Mohammad

Sitar Mohammad currently serves as Chief Manufacturing Operations for the HP Cluster at Pidilite Industries Limited, a position held since July 2008, and previously held roles including Head Works and Team Head of Production. Responsibilities include executing production plans, monitoring plant-level raw material and packing material variances, and adopting statistical methods for troubleshooting technical issues within the production of Water Based Adhesives. Prior to Pidilite, Sitar worked as Production Head at RB and began a career as an Engineer in Production at Allengers Medical Systems Ltd. Sitar's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Punjab Technical University, an Executive Leadership Development Program at SPJIMR, a Certificate Course in Environmental Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and various other qualifications in business management and engineering.
